STORRS, CONNECTICUT (October 26, 2001)— A limited number
of single game tickets for the University of Connecticut women’s exhibition
games versus the Houston Jaguars (11/2) and Gustino Powerbasket (11/5) as well
as the WNIT First round game versus Fairfield (11/9) will go on sale on Monday
morning, October 29, at 10 a.m. In addition, a limited number of the University
of Connecticut Men’s Basketball exhibition game versus Nike Elite (11/6) will
also go on sale on Monday, October 29, at 10 a.m. All four contests are slated
to begin at 7:30 p.m. on their respective dates.
To purchase tickets, fans may call TicketMaster in the Hartford area
(860-525-4500) or New Haven area (203- 624-0033). They may also visit any
TicketMaster outlet statewide or purchase tickets online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Patrons may also visit the UConn Ticket Office on the Storrs campus. The UConn
