Baseball Game Against Yale Moved to New Haven

STORRS, Conn. (March 29, 2005) - The baseball game against Yale on Wednesday, March 30 has been moved to New Haven, Conn., due to poor field conditions in Storrs. The start time is still 3:00 p.m.

The Huskies will now open play at J.O. Christian Field when West Virginia travels to Storrs for a three-game series April 2-3. The two teams meet for a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday with action starting at 12:00 p.m. on both days.

The game that was postponed earlier this week against Siena has now been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 13 at 3:00 p.m. In addition, the game between UConn and Northeastern at 3:00 p.m. on April 5 has been moved from Brookline, Mass., to J.O. Christian Field.
