Huskies Sink Pirates in Final Home Game of the Season


Junior Ben Gordon scored 23 points, had six rebounds, five assists and four steals in UConn's win over Seton Hall.
 
Junior Emeka Okafor recorded a double-double with 25 points and 15 rebounds. He also added four blocked shots.

Sophomore Rashad Anderson scored 15 points and was 5-for-6 from the free throw line.

Sophomore Hilton Armstrong played 11 minutes for the Huskies. He scored two points and had two rebounds.

Senior Taliek Brown was one of five players honored in pre-game ceremonies. He played his last game in Gampel Pavilion scoring seven points and adding five assists.

Freshman Charlie Villanueva scored seven points and was 3-for-6 from the field.

Freshman Josh Boone played 15 minutes scoring four points and grabbed six rebounds.

 

Junior Emeka Okafor was honored during pre-game senior night ceremonies. Okafor will graduate in May with an undergraduate degrees he earned in three years.

UConn football quarterback Dan Orlovsky was honored at halftime of the basketball game.

 

Five senior athletes were honored before the start of UConn's game against Seton Hall on Monday night.

Senior Taliek Brown's son, Taliek, Jr., joined his father in pre-game senior night ceremonies.

The Connecticut men's track team was honored at halftime at the Seton Hall game for capturing another BIG EAST Championship.
