UConn vs. Temple Football Game To Be Televised By ESPNU
2008 UCONN FOOTBALL SCHEDULE
STORRS, Conn. (May
9, 2008) - The University of
Connecticut football game against Temple at Lincoln Financial Field
in Philadelphia on Saturday, Sept. 6, will be televised on ESPNU at
a time to be announced.
This is UConn’s
fifth pre-determined telecast of the 2008 season. UConn will face
Baylor at Rentschler Field on Friday, Sept. 19, at 8:00 p.m. on
ESPN2. A week later, the Huskies will open their defense of their
2007 BIG EAST Championship on Friday, Sept. 26, when UConn travels
to face Louisville at 8:00 p.m. on ESPN2 at Papa John's Cardinal
Stadium. The UConn at South Florida game on Sunday, Nov. 23, will be
on ESPN at 8:00 p.m. UConn's regular-season finale, Dec. 6 against
Pittsburgh at Rentschler Field, will be broadcast nationally by
either ESPN or ESPN2 at a time to be announced.
Additional
television information will be announced as the 2008 season
progresses, often 12 days prior to kickoff. |
