Men's Soccer Ranked 10th in NSCAA/adidas Preseason Poll
STORRS, Conn. — The University of Connecticut men’s soccer team is
ranked No. 10 according to the NSCAA/adidas preseason poll released
Tuesday. The poll listed the nation’s top 25 teams, with Indiana
receiving top placement. BIG EAST foe St. John’s ranked second,
followed by fellow conference teams Notre Dame (No. 9) and Rutgers
(12), with Seton Hall receiving votes.
Connecticut men’s soccer faces Duke in an exhibition game on Friday,
August 27 in Durham, N.C. The Huskies will open regular season play
against No. 16 Michigan on Wednesday, Sept. 1 at Joseph J. Morrone
Stadium.
