Cox Sports Television And MASN To
Air Women's Lacrosse Game Against Georgetown
STORRS, Conn. (April 16, 2008) - The University of Connecticut women's
lacrosse team's game against Georgetown on Sunday, Apr. 20, will be televised by
Cox Sports Television and aired on tape delay on both Cox and the Mid-Atlantic
Sports Network (MASN). Game time is 1:00 p.m. at the George J. Sherman
Family-Sports Complex.
The game will be shown on Cox Sports Tuesday, Apr. 22 and Thursday, Apr. 24 at
7:00 p.m. It will also be available in the mid-Atlantic region Wednesday, Apr.
23 at noon.
Cox Sports Television is a regional sports network based out of Lincoln, R.I.,
and services Cox cable television systems in 19 Connecticut cities and towns and
the state of Rhode Island. The Connecticut cities and towns serviced by Cox
include: Cheshire, East Granby, East Windsor, Enfield, Glastonbury, Granby,
Hartland, Manchester, Meriden, Newington, Rocky Hill, Somers, Southington, South
Windsor, Suffield, Wethersfield, Windsor Locks and Union.
Based in Baltimore, Md., MASN is available throughout the mid-Atlantic region on
