2007: Played on special teams in each of the
final six games of the year … Did not record a tackle … Named the
Special Teams Scout Team Player of the Week prior to the Virginia game
(Oct. 13).
2006: Did not see any game action.
2005: Redshirted…Named to the BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team.
High School: Team captain in high school...Earned first team
All-Conference honors and won the Fairfield County Scholar-Athlete
Award…Earned honorable mention All-State honors from the New Haven
Register…Threw for 1,767 yards and 19 touchdowns and rushed for 934
yards and 15 more touchdowns…Earned All-League honors as a junior as he
threw 20 touchdown passes…Was a state finalist for the Wendy’s High
School Heisman… Also earned two varsity letters in both indoor track and
lacrosse, captaining the lacrosse squad…An All-State performer in track.
