Services
After joining the program in August of 2007, Chris Crooks is entering his
second year with the UConn video services staff where he serves as the primary
liaison for the football program. Holmes is involved in all day-to-day video
operations, including the coordination of the student staff that tapes all
practices and games, along with personally compiling opponent scouting
breakdowns for the UConn coaching staff.
Crooks worked as a video coordinator at Sacramento State
from 2004-06 while pursuing his undergraduate degree. Crooks played tight end
for the Hornets in 2003. He initially enrolled at Fullerton Junior College where
he was named All-Conference in 2001 and honorable mention in 2002. Crooks caught
15 passes for a 20.0 yard average in 2001 with a touchdown.
