Men’s Hockey Falls To RIT 7-4
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (January 10, 2009) - A Division I school record tying five goals in the second period pushed RIT ahead of the University of Connecticut men’s hockey team as the Huskies fell to the Tigers Saturday, 7-4. Nine Huskies recorded at least one-point on the night but it wouldn’t be enough as UConn gave up a season high seven goals in the loss.

Power Play Goals Hurt Men's Hockey As They Fall 6-1 To Sacred Heart
MILFORD, Conn. (January 6, 2009) - Four power play goals and a three-goal second period by Sacred Heart squashed the University of Connecticut men’s hockey team’s chances of a victory as the Pioneers (5-12-5, 5-7-2 Atlantic Hockey) went on to defeat the Huskies (4-14-1, 3-7-1 Atlantic Hockey) 6-1 for the second time this season and eight of the last nine games that they have met.

Men's Hockey Set For Final Regular Season Meeting With Sacred Heart
MILFORD, Conn. (January 6, 2009) - The University of Connecticut men's ice hockey team will head down to the Milford Ice Pavillion Tuesday for their final regular season meeting with Sacred Heart at 7:05 p.m. This is the second Tuesday night game between the two teams this season.
