    • Aisle Traffic/Section Entry - Guests are urged to arrive at their seats well in advance of tipoff. Guest should be prepared to display their ticket stub when requested by event staff or security.
    • Alcohol Policy - The consumption of alcohol is not allowed inside Gampel Pavilion.
    • ATMs - There are 2 People's United Bank ATM machines located in Gampel Pavilion: 1 in the North Entrance and 1 across from the East Entrance. There are also additional ATMs across the street inside the Student Union.

    • Baby Changing/Nursing Mothers - Baby changing stations are available in most of the public restrooms inside Gampel Pavilion.
    • Banners/Posters/Signs - Banners, posters, and signs are not permitted inside Gampel Pavilion. You will be asked to return them to your vehicle or dispose of them upon entry.

    • Cameras - Video cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Cameras with lenses that exceed 90mm are not permitted. Single-frame and flash photography are allowed.
    • Comments/Concerns - To report comments or concerns during games, please use the Gampel Text Hotline at 860-543-1961. For all other comments or concerns, please contact the Athletic Operations office at 860-486-4712.
    • Concessions - Full service concession stand are located around the concourse. Concession services are managed by Sodexo.
    • Credit Cards - Credit cards are accepted at all of the full service concession stands.

      • From Bradley International Airport - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the airport. Take I-91 South to I-291 East to I-84 East to exit 68. Off the exit take a right on Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University. Once on campus take a right on North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Hartford - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 30 minutes driving time from the city of Hartford. Take I-84 East to exit 68. Off the exit take a right onto Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University (just about 8 miles). Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Boston - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 1.5 hours from Boston. From the Mass Pike, take I-84 West to exit 68. Off the exit take a left on Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University. Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Providence - The University of Connecticut is approximately one and one quarter hour from Providence. From Rte. 295 take exit 5-6, following signs to Hartford. Take Rte. 6 West to Rte. 101 West to Rte. 44 west. Take a left onto Rte. 195 South. Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From New York - The University of Connecticut is approximately one and one-half to two hours from New York. Take 95 North to 91 North to 84 East. From 84 East take exit 68. Once off the exit take a right onto Rte. 195 south and follow signs to the University (approx. 7 miles). At the first stoplight (once on campus), take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.

    • Emergency Contact - In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest police officer or event staff personnel.
    • Evacuation Procedures - In the event of an emergency, arena staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits in the arena are clearly marked.

    • First Aid Stations - If medical attention is needed, please notify the nearest event staff personnel or police officer. Arena staff will call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.

    • Game Dates & Times - UConn Basketball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event that a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on uconnhuskies.com and will be communicated through the local media.

    • Merchandise - UConn apparel is sold at Gampel Pavilion by the UConn Co-Op.

    • Parking - Parking for basketball games in Gampel Pavilion is available for $8.00 in the North 7 South Parking Garages and several surface parking lots (Employee Lot 8 and Student Lot Y, behind McMahon; Lot 9 and Student Lot X, west of the North Garage). These lots will be posted to indicate the event parking restrictions. These areas are reserved for Gampel event attendees beginning at 3:30pm for night games and three hours before the start of day games. Vehicles violating these signs are subject to ticketing and/or towing. For information about designated lots, call Parking services at (860) 486-4930.     • Prohibited Items - The following items are prohibited inside of Harry A. Gampel Pavilion: book bags/backpacks, laser pointers, noisemakers, whistles, air horns, coolers, cans, glass bottles, flasks, any outside food or beverage, drugs/alcohol, weapons of any kind, telephoto lens-type cameras, animals except designated assistance animals, banners/flags, and any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate.

    • Re-Entry - Gampel Pavilion has a strongly enforced no re-entry policy. Patrons who leave the building will not be readmitted.

    • Seating - Gampel Pavilion has an official seating capacity of 10,167.
    • Shuttle Service - The University of Connecticut offers a shuttle service to Gampel Pavilion before and after most basketball games. Handicap accessible vans operate prior to and after all Gampel games, from the North Garage only, beginning two hours prior to tip-off. For more information, please visit www.park.uconn.edu.
    • Smoking Policy - In accordance with University policy, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Gampel Pavilion.

    • Tickets - To purchase tickets, go to the UConn Ticket Office website; call 877-AT-UCONN or visit the ticket office located at 2111 Hillside Road in Storrs Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm.

    • Visiting Team Fans - Visiting team fans are guests of Gampel Pavilion. Harassment of the visiting team or its fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection of the offender.

    • Will Call - On game day, will call for tickets purchased online or over the phone is located at the North Entrance of Gampel Pavilion. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff. A person picking up will call tickets must bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with a form of identification. In addition, the name on the credit card must by the same as the person picking up the tickets. Visiting team, media, and athletics will call is located in the West Entrance of Gampel Pavilion.
