    • ADA Parking - ADA Parking is available in both the North and South Garages. The University of Connecticut offers a shuttle service to Gampel Pavilion before and after basketball games from the North Garage only.     • ATMs - There is a Webster Bank ATM machine located in the North Entrance of Gampel Pavilion. There are also additional ATMs across the street inside the Student Union.

    • Baby Changing/Nursing Mothers - Baby changing stations are available in most of the public restrooms inside Gampel Pavilion.
    • Banners/Posters/Signs - Large banners/signs are not permitted inside Gampel Pavilion. You will be asked to return them to your vehicle or dispose of them upon entry.

    • Cameras - Video cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Cameras with lenses that exceed 90mm are not permitted. Single-frame and flash photography are allowed.
    • Comments/Concerns - To report comments or concerns during basketball games, please use the Gampel Text Hotline at 860-543-1961. For all other comments or concerns, please contact the Athletic Operations office at 860-486-4712.
    • Colors - Blue and white are the colors of the University of Connecticut.
    • Concessions - Full service concession stand are located around the concourse. Concession services are managed by Sodexo.

      • From Bradley International Airport - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 45 minutes driving time from the airport. Take I-91 South to I-291 East to I-84 East to exit 68. Off the exit take a right on Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University. Once on campus take a right on North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the fourth stop sign take a right onto Jim Calhoun Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Hartford - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 30 minutes driving time from the city of Hartford. Take I-84 East to exit 68. Off the exit take a right onto Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University (just about 8 miles). Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the fourth stop sign take a right onto Jim Calhoun Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Boston - The University of Connecticut campus is approximately 1.5 hours from Boston. From the Mass Pike, take I-84 West to exit 68. Off the exit take a left on Rte. 195 South and follow signs to the University. Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the fourth stop sign take a right onto Jim Calhoun Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From Providence - The University of Connecticut is approximately one and one quarter hour from Providence. From Rte. 295 take exit 5-6, following signs to Hartford. Take Rte. 6 West to Rte. 101 West to Rte. 44 west. Take a left onto Rte. 195 South. Once on campus take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the fourth stop sign take a right onto Jim Calhoun Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.
      • From New York - The University of Connecticut is approximately one and one-half to two hours from New York. Take 95 North to 91 North to 84 East. From 84 East take exit 68. Once off the exit take a right onto Rte. 195 south and follow signs to the University (approx. 7 miles). At the first stoplight (once on campus), take a right onto North Eagleville Road. At the second stoplight, take a left onto Hillside Road. At the third stop sign take a right onto Stadium Road. Harry A. Gampel Pavilion is on your right.

    • Elevators - There is one elevator available to patrons in need of it located near the West Entrance of Gampel Pavilion.
    • Emergency Contact - In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest police officer or event staff personnel
    • Event Staff - Event Staff can be identified by the bright yellow jackets labeled event staff across the back. Please notify any of the event staff members if you have any issues or questions that need to be addressed on game days.
    • Emergency Evacuation - In the event that the University of Connecticut determines that it is necessary to evacuate the arena, an announcement will be made by the public address announcer advising fans of the need to leave the arena. Upon hearing the announcement fans are advised to exit the arena in a calm and orderly fashion. Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and will assist fans as needed.

    • Fan Behavior/Code of Conduct - The University of Connecticut Division of Athletics and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship. We request your cooperation by supporting participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist, or other abusive comments or actions directed at officials, student athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
      • Guests of UCONN Athletics are expected to:
        • Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests
        • Keep aisles clear at all times
        • Be prepared to show your ticket stub when you enter your assigned seating location
        • Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects or any other actions that may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
        • First Aid Stations - If medical attention is needed, please notify the nearest event staff personnel or police officer. Arena staff will call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.
        • Food and Beverage- All outside food and beverage is prohibited from Gampel Pavilion. There are multiple stands located throughout Gampel Pavilion to provide food and beverage. Cash/Credit/Debit cards are accepted forms of payment.

    • Game Dates & Times - UConn Basketball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event that a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on uconnhuskies.com and will be communicated through the local media.
    • Gate Opening - Gates open 90 minutes prior to all men's and women's basketball games and 60 minutes prior to volleyball games.

    • Harry A. Gampel Pavilion - Connecticut Men and Women's Basketball and volleyball on-campus home arena is the sparkling and spacious Harry A. Gampel Pavilion, a state-of-the-art domed facility which serves all the needs of the UConn basketball and volleyball teams.

    • Jonathan the Husky Dog - Jonathan is the official mascot of the University of Connecticut.
    • Jr. Huskies Club - The UConn Junior Husky Club, sponsored by Webster Bank, is the Official Kids Club of the UConn Huskies.       • North Garage- $9- Located on Stadium Road, the North Garage is just a short walk to Gampel Pavilion.

      • Coolers, cans, glass bottles, flasks, any outside food or beverage
      • Drugs/alcohol

      • Promotional Items with commercial identification
      • Weapons of any kind (weapons carried with a permit are also prohibited)
      • Any items deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate.
      • All guests are subject to search at the management's discretion. Guests with prohibited items will be asked to dispose or return these items to their vehicles.
    • Public Address System - The public address system's purpose is to disseminate information pertaining to the athletic event taking progress. All emergency announcements will be made over the Public Address System.

    • Radio - The official radio station of UConn Athletics is News Talk 1080.
    • Re-Entry - Gampel Pavilion has a strongly enforced no re-entry policy. Patrons who leave the building will not be readmitted.
    • Restrooms - There are restrooms located throughout Gampel Pavilion. Men's Restrooms are located in the East and West Entrances. Women's Restrooms are located in the North and South Entrances of Gampel Pavilion.

      • Tailgating Policy - Tailgating is prohibited on University of Connecticut property.
      • Tickets - To purchase tickets, go to the UConn Ticket Office website, www.uconnhuskies.com/tickets; call 877-AT-UCONN or visit the ticket office located at 2111 Hillside Road in Storrs Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm.
        • All game day ticket windows open 90 minutes prior to game time. Guests two years of age and under do not need a ticket to the game as long as they can sit in the lap of a ticket holder.
        • Will Call for general public is located at the North Entrance of Gampel Pavilion at the ticket windows.

      • Will Call - On game day, will call for tickets purchased online or over the phone is located at the North Entrance of Gampel Pavilion. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff. A person picking up will call tickets must bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with a form of identification. In addition, the name on the credit card must by the same as the person picking up the tickets. Visiting team, UCONN and media will call is located in the West Entrance of Gampel Pavilion.
