Ticket Request Form Now Available For Fundraisers

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn Division of Athletics is currently accepting ticket donation requests from organizations wishing to use game tickets in fundraisers.

Ticket donation requests will only be accepted from May 16, 2017 until August 11, 2017. Please note that this is a new cycle from previous years and will be the policy moving forward. After the August 11, 2017 deadline, ticket requests will not be taken until May of 2018.

Patrons interested in receiving tickets for their organization should fill out the ticket donation request form that can be found by clicking HERE.

Forms should be completed and returned via email to athleticpromotions@uconn.edu.

Please note that successfully submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be approved.

Applicants can choose which sport they are interested in obtaining tickets for - football, men's basketball, women's basketball or men's ice hockey. A maximum of four tickets can be requested.

If a request is approved, the sport will be determined by UConn based on availability. Approved requestors will receive a UConn Tickets Certificate that can be used at their fundraising event. That certificate has to be returned to UConn by the winner along with a Complimentary Admission Compliance Form that will be provided with the certificate. Certificate bearers will be able to list five games in priority order for which they wish to receive tickets.

Once the winner of the certificate is approved by the UConn Division of Athletics, tickets will be delivered to the certificate bearer via email as print-at-home tickets approximately two weeks prior to the game.

No UConn merchandise or autographed items are provided for fundraisers.

Ticket donations cannot be provided for fundraising events that are for any high school or high school organization or college prospect-aged individuals.
