Dr. Renzulli is the learning services coordinator for the Student Athlete Success Program. She joined athletics in September of 2014. She is responsible for creation and implementation of all individualized learning programs for student athletes, psycho-educational assessments, overseeing the academic mentoring program, and working with student athletes who have an educational diagnosis.
Dr. Renzulli graduated in 2007 from Union College in Schenectady N.Y. with her bachelor’s degree. She went onto to get her master’s in educational psychology and school counseling from UConn in 2011, and her doctorate in educational psychology and counseling psychology in 2013 also from UConn.
Dr. Renzulli is affiliated with the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, the Connecticut School Counselors Association and American School Counselor Association. In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor for the School Counseling program in the Neag School of Education at UConn. Dr. Renzulli is a native of Connecticut, and resides with her husband, Dr. Nicholas Gelbar.
