Neal Eskin has spent the last 12 years on the senior management team in UConn's Division of Athletics. In his current role as senior associate director of athletics/external operations, Eskin oversees activities in the marketing, licensing, ticket office and video services areas. In addition, he manages the Division's contractual relationship with IMG College for multi-media marketing rights. He also serves as sports administrator for the women's soccer, men's track & field/cross country, women's track & field/cross country, and women's lacrosse teams.
Eskin first came to Storrs in 1998 as director of athletic development. He then went to Colorado State University in 2001 and spent two years as an associate athletic director, assisting with the day-to-day operation of the department, before returning to UConn in 2003.
Eskin began his career in athletic administration at his alma mater, the University of Maryland. From 1985 to 1998, he served in various roles, including ticket manager, assistant media relations director and director of marketing.
He was a student manager for the Terrapin men's basketball team and earned his bachelor of arts degree in 1984.
Eskin and his wife, Jodi, live in Tolland with their two sons - Benjamin, 10, and Adam, 7.
