Emily Webster is in her first year as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach. Webster's primary team responsibilities include working with men's and women's swimming, women's lacrosse, women's cross-country, and assisting with men's and women's track and field.
Webster received her bachelor's degree from the kinesiology department at the University of Connecticut with a specific focus on strength and conditioning in 2012. Prior to graduation, Webster worked as strength and conditioning intern within the UConn strength and conditioning department and also interned at Jeff Oliver's Be Athletic Sports Performance Program at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass. She was also a four-year member of the University of Connecticut women's rugby football club and was captain of the team her senior year.
Webster is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
