playing time in the paint and provide the Huskies with a solid option in the
post…was a BIG EAST All-Freshman Team choice during her rookie campaign…saw

2006-07 SEASON
Appeared in 35 games, while making five starts at forward…averaged 3.6 points
and 3.5 minutes over an average of 12.5 minutes per contest…was named to the BIG
EAST All-Freshman Team…scored double-figure points in two games…recorded first
career double-double with 14 points and 15 rebounds vs. Sacred Heart (12/31)…saw
action in all four of UConn’s NCAA Tournament games…saw action in all three of
UConn’s games at the BIG EAST Tournament...totaled six points and eight rebounds
vs. Pittsburgh (2/17)...provided a big lift off the bench with eight points,
eight rebounds, four assists and four blocks at Cincinnati (1/30)...dropped in
10 points while shooting 5-of-6 from the field in only 12 minutes at Providence
(1/17)...had a career-high six blocks in 22 minutes vs. Hartford
(12/29)...finished with nine points vs. Oakland (12/23)...had six rebounds and
four assists at Virginia (12/18)...grabbed eight rebounds at Georgetown
(12/7)...had nine points and four steals in win over Holy Cross (12/5)...scored
five points and pulled down four rebounds vs. Purdue...played 15 minutes in the
Boston University win (11/28)…saw first collegiate action and scored first
career points with three points in 11 minutes in the season-opener vs. Richmond
(11/13).
