    Baseball 2012 Alumni Game

    The UConn baseball team hosted its annual alumni game at J.O. Christian Field on Sunday, September 30.

    2012 Season: Appeared in 25 games, starting 13...batted .333 which was second highest on the Huskies...recorded 20 hits and six runs batted in, in 60 at-bats...registered his first career hit against Lipscomb (3/4)... was 2-for-4 at West Virginia in his first multi-hit game (3/24)...went 2-for-5 with one RBI at Fairfield (4/17)...hit successfully in all eight games from March 3-April 7. 2012 SUMMER: Played in 30 games for the Mystic Schooners (NECBL)...picked up six RBI and hit one home run...signed with the Bourne Braves (CCBL) for the playoffs.

    High School: Four-time varsity letterwinner for coach Bill Mrowka at Cheshire High School...team captain as a junior and senior...CHSCA All-Star and All-State junior and senior seasons...All-Southern Connecticut Conference and New Haven Register All-State as a senior...Record-Journal Scholar-Athlete 2010-11.
