HIGH SCHOOL: A three year varsity letter winner at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake... earned All-State honors... was an Albany Times Union All-Star in 2007 and 2008... drafted in the 2008 Major League Baseball Draft to the Los Angeles Angels in the 44th round... struck out 75 in 46 innings pitched during his senior year... named to the Saratogian Baseball All-Star team in 2008... also a letter winner in volleyball and basketball... was the Albany Times Union Player of the Year in 2007 en route to the program winning the State Championship title... attended National Olympic Developmental camp in 2006 at George Mason University... participated in the Junior Olympic Nationals in 2004 and 2006... had the opportunity to play Division I Volleyball as well... made the honor roll his senior year.
