CollegeBaseballInsider.com released a 2010 BIG EAST Conference preview on Tuesday morning, which was compiled by surveying eight of the league's 12 baseball head coaches.
Junior second baseman Pierre LePage was featured as the conference's best defensive infielder, while sophomore George Springer earned a spot among three categories. He was a unanimous pick as one of the three biggest power threats and was chosen as one of the best defensive outfielders as well as one of the best pure hitters in the BIG EAST.
