The Huskies are the only non-No.1 seed to host a regional in 2010 and will make their 16th all-time appearance in the tournament. This will be the first NCAA Tournament appearance for the Huskies since 1994, a season in which saw the Huskies play in the Midwest Regional.

Arizona State (47-8) will be the No. 1 overall seed in this year's tournament.

Miami is in the field for the 38th consecutive year, while Florida State is making its 33rd straight appearance, the second-best all-time run. UConn is one of 29 teams out of the 64-team field that were not in the tournament last season.

The NCAA Baseball Tournament is a 64-team bracket, which is divided into 16 regionals. During the regional competition, there will be four teams playing in a double-elimination scenario. The winner of the region will advance to the Super Regional for June 11-14. The selection of the eight Super Regional sites will be announced on Monday, June 7 at 11:00 p.m.
