At Connecticut: Joined the Husky roster in January and was eligible to practice with the squad for the remainder of the season, but was not able to play in games... Was permitted to sit on the bench during home games in street clothes, but could not travel with the team... Became eligible for action at the conclusion of the Fall semester in 2009 with freshman eligibility... Made UConn debut against Central Florida on Dec. 20.

As a Freshman in 2009-10: Part of the starting lineup in 22 of 26 games, averaging 3.0 rpg and recording 42 blocks... Blocked three shots against St. John's in the BIG EAST Tournament... Had six points and six blocked shots at South Florida... Blocked five shots against DePaul... Contributed a career-high seven points against Marquette... Played a career-high 31 minutes vs. Texas, blocking four shots... Contributed four points and a pair of blocks off the bench against Pittsburgh.

Before UConn: Member of the Team Australia at adidas Nations Camp... Participated in the 2008 adidas Derby Classic... Was the 2006 MVP at the Next Level Supershowcase...
