NEW YORK, N.Y. - UConn Men's Basketball Head Coach Jim Calhoun rang the Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, April 8 in New York City. Calhoun led UConn to its third National Championship (1999, 2004) on Monday, April 4. Connecticut defeated Butler, 53-41, at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.

Calhoun and the Huskies will take part in the UConn men's basketball victory parade on Sunday, April 17 in Hartford, Conn. The parade begins at 3 p.m. followed by a pep rally at the State Capitol.
The parade will begin at the State Capitol, travel north on Trinity Street, take a right on Jewell Street, turn left on Gold Street, take a right on Main Street, and finally turn right onto Capitol Avenue before returning to the State Capitol where the rally will be held.
