Andru Creighton is in his third year with the UConn football program in 2016 and second as the Director of External Football Relations. In his role, he serves as the assistant to head coach Bob Diaco where he is the primary contact for Diaco in a wide variety of areas. Creighton is also involved in alumni, fan and benefactor engagement as well as all team-related functions.

A 2013 Notre Dame graduate with a degree in economics, Creighton was a member of the Football Student Managers Organization for the 2010-13 seasons. For the 2012-2013 season he earned the position of Head Student Equipment Manager. Following his graduation, Creighton was the operations and equipment intern for the Fighting Irish from 2013-14.

During the summer of 2010 and '11, he was a volunteer at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Ashford, Conn., as a cabin counselor for children with cancer and other serious illnesses.

A native of Indianapolis, he is a graduate of Brebeuf Jesuit High School where he played ice hockey.
