On weather conditions:
"Yeah but when you're running the ball you've got to keep your feet, more careful when you run and make your cuts and reads and just play hard, you try not to worry about the weather when you play."
On his performance:
"I feel like I made a couple reads, but I've still got work to do. We've still got this whole summer. I have got to get to studying my play book, and make sure I study all these installs. Get better and get right in the weight room, and get ready for next season."
On offense and defense running base plays:
"Throughout the year and the season, you have to be able to go to your bread and butter plays. You have to be able to execute those no matter what at any time during the games. So the more you can execute your base stuff and what you need to do, the better off a team you can be, because then you'll be able to add other parts and it will flow better."
Head Coach Paul Pasqualoni
On defense vs. offense and progress so far this spring:
"First off, I think we rushed the passer and pressured the ball well. I think we're strong with the older guys up front. I think we all know that we have some experience on the defensive line, and Jesse Joseph did not play today, and he's another part of that. We certainly have to protect the quarterback; we've got to do a better job there. The conditions were pretty tough today as well. I thought we ran around, and I know we are athletic on defense we run pretty well."
