BEFORE UCONN: Comes to UConn as a transfer student after two years at the University of Kansas. Redshirted during the 2016-17 season at Kansas, so has three years of eligibility remaining… Named to the Fall Athletic Director’s and Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls at Kansas in 2015-16, majoring in business and sport management… Won the 2017 Vermont State Amateur Championship, topping a 97-player field, by shooting a 7-under 273 at the Dorset Field Club, the oldest golf course in the U.S… Tied for 16th place in the 2017 New England Amateur at Metacomet in Rhode Island… Tied for 30th place at the 2016 New England Amateur at the Hartford (Conn.) Golf Club.

FALL-SPRING 2016-17 (at Kansas): Redshirted, did not compete.

FALL 2015 (at Kansas): Competed in two events, both as an individual player … shot a season-low 11-over 221 to tie for 31st place at Ram Masters Invitational, and shot 13-over 229 to tie for 39th place at the Badger Invitational, for an average of 75.0 for six rounds, with a low round of 70.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year golf letter-winner at Rutland High School under Coach Richard Alberti… Honor Roll student… Helped lead Rutland to Division I State Championships in 2012 and 2014… Won Division I individual State Championships in 2013, 2014, which included a record 6-under 66 in the 2014 state tournament, and 2015… Shot 7-under 65 as a freshman at the Southern Conference Championship… Qualified for the 2014 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship… Named to the 2013-14 First Team All-Future Collegians World Tour… United States Challenge Cup Player of the Year in 2014.
