WHILE AT CONNECTICUT: Will serve as team co-captain in 2016-17… Has played in 33 tournaments at UConn, averaging 74.8 per round for 95 rounds, with a low round of 64 and one tourney win – at the 2016 Til Duty Is Done Collegiate Invitational… Has six Top 10 and 10 Top 20 finishes, nine sub-70 rounds, and 23 rounds of par or better… Led the team in scoring average (71.9) and had the team’s only individual tournament win in 2015-16… Named to the 2015-16 AAC All-Conference Team, the 2016 Division I PING All-Northeast Region Team and the 2015-16 All-New England Team… Over the summer of 2016, shot 71-64=135 to win the U.S. Amateur qualifying tournament, earning a place in the U.S. Amateur Championship… Finished in a tie for fifth for the Russell C. Palmer Cup in Waterbury… Tied for 25th in the New England Amateur… Over the summer of 2015, finished in a tie for ninth at the Palmer Cup and 39th at the Connecticut Open… As a freshman, selected for the Division I All-New England Rookie Team. Over the summer of 2014, he qualified for the Connecticut State Amateur and the Connecticut Open.

SPRING 2016: Played in all six events on UConn’s spring schedule, capturing the Huskies’ only individual championship with a 73-66-64=203 at the Til Duty Is Done Collegiate Invitational. The 8-under 64 set a course record at Mohegan Sun Golf Club… Averaged 71.4 per round for 18 rounds, with the 64 as his low round... Had four sub-70 rounds and nine rounds of par or better… Had two Top 5 and three Top 10 finishes.

FALL 2015: Played in all five events on UConn’s fall schedule, with his best finish a tie for second in the Hartford Hawks Invitational, leading UConn to the tourney title, one of two Top 5 finishes… Averaged 72.5 per round for 14 rounds, with a low round of 67… Had three sub-70 rounds and eight rounds of par or better.

SPRING 2015: Played in all six events on UConn’s schedule, averaging 76.2 per round for 17 rounds, with a low round of 71 at the Yale Invitational in New Haven and a best finish of a tie for 27th at the Colleton River Collegiate in Bluffton, S.C. Shot par or better once.

FALL 2014: Played in four events, averaging 74.3 per round for 11 rounds, with a low round of 69 at the 2014 Connecticut Cup (Ellington, Conn.) and a career-best finish of a tie for eighth in that tournament. Had two sub-70 rounds and shot three rounds of par or better.     

SPRING 2014: Played in all six of UConn’s spring tournaments, plus the American Athletic Conference Championships, averaging 76.65 per round for 20 rounds. Shot a low round of 72 at the Snowman Getaway in Phoenix and that was his only round of par or better. Best finish was a tie for 26th at The New England D-1 Championships at Mohegan Sun Golf Club.

FALL 2013: Played in five tournaments, averaging 77.3 per round for 15 rounds, with a low round of 72 at The MacDonald Cup on the Yale Golf Course. Best finish was a tie for 16th at The Connecticut Cup at Ellington Ridge Country Club.     

HIGH SCHOOL: Came to UConn after lettering in golf for three years and serving as team captain for two years at Cheshire High School under Coach Dan Lee. … Two-year All-State, two-year All-Southern Connecticut Conference, three-year All-Housatonic Division. … New Haven Register first-team pick as junior and senior. … Scholar-Athlete as a junior. … Also played basketball four years and was named All-SCC, All-Housatonic Division, and honorable mention All-State as a senior. Holds the school’s all-time record for three-pointers in a season.
