Huskies Fall To No. 18 Minnesota State, 2-1

Season-opening game was debut of head coach Mike Cavanaugh.

2013-2014 (Freshman Season): Played in 22 games...Missed time during the season battling injuries...Scored a goal and passed out three assists for four points on the year...Had his first career multi-point game, scoring his first collegiate goal and assisting on another in a 6-2 win over RIT at home (Jan. 4)...Had an assist in his first collegiate game, assisting on a Jordan Sims goal in a 2-1 loss at #18 Minnesota State (Oct. 18)...Had an assist in a 4-3 loss at home to Army (Feb. 21)...Blocked eight shots defensively.

Before UConn: Played for the Springfield Jr. Blues of the NAHL for two seasons...Totaled 17 points in 57 games in 2011-12...Finished second in the league with 34 goals in 2012-13, also notching 24 assists to total 58 points in 58 games...Was named to the NAHL All-North Division Team in '12-13...Also made a two-game stint with the Green Bay Gamblers of the USHL, tallying an assist.
