2012-2013 (Freshman Season): Appeared in 17 games as a rookie... Totaled six points on four goals and two assists... Had a season high two points including one goal and an assist against Bentley (Feb. 11)... Scored a goal in back to back to back games played including game winners at Sacred Heart (Mar. 2)and in the first game of the AHA Quarterfinal (Mar. 15), also scored in the second game of the quarterfinals against Robert Morris (Mar. 16).
Before UConn: Spent one season with the Michigan Warriors of the North American Hockey League after playing two years at Novi High School for former UConn All-American Todd Krygier. Recorded 41 points on 14 goals and 27 assists in 2011-12 for the Warriors, earning a spot at the NAHL Top Prospects Showcase... Two-time All-State selection in Michigan in 2010 and 2011... Captained his team to the state championship in 2010-11.
