Had two points including one goal and one assist in a 2-2 tie against Union (Oct. 27)... Scored two goals including one off a power play in the UConn Classic against AIC (Dec. 29)... Notched two goals in a 4-1 win at Bentley (Feb. 10)... Recorded the game winning goal off a power play while adding another in a 4-3 victory at Army (4-3)... 2011-2012 (Sophomore Season): Played in all 39 games... Ranked second on the team in points with 33 on 18 goals and 15 assists... Also ranked second in goals... Tied for sixth all time in UConn D1 history for points in a single season... Ranked fifth all time in UConn D1 history for goals in a single season... Tied for sixth in the nation with 10 power-play goals... Registered eight multi-point games... Scored two goals in a 4-4 tie at Bowling Green (Oct. 8)... Recorded three points on two goals and an assist in a victory against Canisius in the AHA playoffs (Mar. 3)... Recorded at least one point in the first four games of the season and recorded at least one point in five straight games from Feb. 18 - Mar. 3... Two time AHA player of the week (Oct. 10), (Jan. 2)... Combined with Cole Schneider to record the most points in UConn DI history among two players with 78... Recorded 50th point of his career with a goal against AIC (Feb. 25).
2010-11 (Freshman Season): Appeared in 35 games, tallying 22 points on eight goals and 14 assists... Notched his first collegiate point with an assist against Canisius (Nov. 5)... Tallied his first two collegiate goals against Mercyhurst (Jan. 8)... Recorded six multipoint games on the season... Registered a five-game point streak from Feb. 5 - Feb. 19 with three goals and four assists for seven points... Presented with the Coach John Chapman Award as the player that represents the qualities that Coach Chapman wanted on his team.
Before UConn: Played for the Estevan Bruins and Melfort Mustangs of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and is the first Saskatchewan-born player to be a part of the Husky hockey program... Finished the season third on the team in scoring with 17 goals and 34 assists for 51 points in 51 games... Traded at the deadline as Melfort was looking for a scoring threat heading into the play-offs.
