2008-09 (Freshman Season): Was one of two players to play in all 37 games on the season, and the only freshman to do so ... Recorded six goals and 16 assists ... His 16 assists put him third on the UConn Freshman Assists List while his 22 points earned him fifth place on the UConn Freshman Point Scorers List ... Ranked 38th nationally among rookie scorers tallying .59 points per game ... Earned his first career goal and assist against Army (Oct. 24) ... Finished the weekend of the Army series with two goals and three assists which earned him Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week honors ... Had his third multi-point game of the season at Brown (Nov. 29) where he tallied a goal and two assists and earned AHA Rookie of the Week honors for the second time ... During that time, recorded a point in four-straight games (Nov. 22 to Dec. 5) ... Recorded a point in nine out of the 20 second-half games.
