Brad Sullivan, a graduate of Michigan Tech, joins the Huskies for his first year with the program as a volunteer assistant coach.

Sullivan played at MTU from 2001-2005 where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration. During his time at Michigan Tech, Sullivan played in 87 games including all 38 during his sophomore season racking up three goals and eight assists for 11 points.

After graduation, Sullivan played for a slew of professional hockey teams starting his career with the Dayton Bombers in 2005. In 2006 he played for the Reading Royals and the Johnstown Chiefs before leaving pro hockey to begin his coaching career.

He started his career off in 2007 with the Marquette Electricians Midget AAA team where he was an assistant hockey coach before moving on to the promotional side of things. Sullivan worked with the Atlanta Spirit LLC during the summer of 2007 and was responsible for promoting the game of hockey in the Atlanta area for the Atlanta Thrashers. Sullivan switched gears and filled in for the acting hockey director of the Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation where he was responsible in overseeing 500 youth hockey players in the organization which led him to his job as a hockey evaluator at the 2009 USA Hockey Select Festivals.
