STORRS, Conn. – The men’s soccer team has announced its 2017 spring game and youth clinics schedule. The spring schedule includes six games and the team will participate in three youth clinics.
The youth clinics, presented by ProHealth Physicians, are available for children ages 5-13. Free giveaway items are included at all three clinics while supplies last. Admission to all spring games is free for all fans planning to attend.
The first ProHealth Clinic is on Saturday, April 1 at the Crem Lemire Recreation Complex in Newington, Conn from 5-6 p.m. The Huskies will play their first spring game following the clinic at 7:15 p.m. against Hartford City FC.
The Huskies resume their spring schedule on Sunday, April 9 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass against the New England Revolution kicking off at 11:30 a.m. The game against the Revolution will be closed to the public.
Following Sunday’s contest against the Revolution, the Huskies play the University of Hartford at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12 at the University of Harford in West Hartford, Conn.
The second ProHealth Clinic is on Saturday, April 15 at South Windsor High School beginning at 10:45 a.m. The clinic will end at 11:45 a.m. Immediately after the youth clinic the Huskies face off against UNH at 1 p.m. at South Windsor High School.
The final ProHealth Clinic of the spring will be on Friday, April 21 from 7-8 p.m. at Vernon Center Middle School. Participants at this clinic will receive a team-autographed picture.
The last spring games for the Huskies both take place on Saturday, April 22 beginning at noon against the Elm City Express at Falcon Field in Meriden, Conn. The second game of the day will be at Southern Connecticut State University at 5 p.m. against the Owls.
