STORRS, Conn. - The UConn men's soccer team will face Boston University at 7:30 p.m. at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium on Friday, September 6th. The match can be heard on WHUS.org, 91.7 fm. There will also be a live video stream at uconnhuskies.com.

Connecticut (1-0-0) comes into the match ranked No. 3 in the country after defeating St. Francis (N.Y.), 1-0, in its first contest of the season. The Huskies began the preseason ranked as the No. 5 team in the country.

Boston University dropped its only match of the season to Boston College, 2-1, in overtime. Last season, the Terriers won just six games, their lowest win total since 2005.

UConn is joined in the top-10 by conference rival Louisville, which checked in at the No. 7 spot in the first regular season poll.

Last week's match against St. Francis was played in front of a crowd in front of 3,225 fans. Last season, the Huskies hosted 59,192 fans for an average of 4,225 fans per match.
