STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men’s soccer match against UCF scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17 at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium is sold out. Maximum capacity at Morrone Stadium is 5,100.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early due to the increased traffic associated with the projected sell-out crowd. The gates will open at 6 p.m. For those unable to attend, the game can be heard at WHUS.org, 91.7 FM. There will also be a live webstream of the game through UConnhuskies.com.
The sellout marks the Huskies’ second of the season after hosting a packed house against in-state rival Quinnipac on Aug. 31. Five of UConn’s seven home games have been played in front of a crowd of over 3,500 and the team’s average attendance for home matches is 3,613.
