UConn will begin the quest for its eighth BIG EAST Tournament Title on Sunday at 1 p.m.

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut men's soccer BIG EAST Tournament Quarterfinal match against Villanova has been set for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Sunday, November 4 at Morrone Stadium. Students with a valid UConn ID can pick up their free ticket to Sunday's contest at the UConn Athletics Ticket Office Friday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday's match has less than 1,000 tickets remaining, so students are advised to pick up their free tickets as soon as possible. The game can be heard on WHUS.org and 91.7fm.
Tickets are all general admission for the BIG EAST Quarterfinals and can be purchased at UConnhuskies.com or by calling 1-877-AT-UCONN. Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for youth (18-under) and seniors (62-over).
The Huskies earned the No. 1 overall seed in the Blue Division and were crowned Co-BIG EAST Regular Season Champions along with Georgetown. It was UConn's 12th BIG EAST Regular Season Title.
The Huskies have earned the right to host Villanova, the No. 4 seed in the Red Division and 3-1 victors against Seton Hall on Thursday afternoon. The winner of Sunday's contest will advance to Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J. for the BIG EAST Semifinals on Friday, November 9.
Connecticut is searching for its eighth BIG EAST Tournament Title and first since 2007. The Huskies come into Sunday's contest with a 14-2-1 record and a No. 6/8 ranking in the national polls. Last season, UConn fell to St. John's in overtime, 1-0, in the BIG EAST Championship.
