PHILADELPHIA – The University of Connecticut men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams continue their dual meet schedule on Sunday when they face Pennsylvania on the road. The meet, set for a 12 p.m. start, can be followed live with the mobile application MeetMobile.

Both UConn teams have started the season 2-0 following sweeps of Villanova and Fordham two weeks ago. The men’s swimming and diving team cruised past the Wildcats, 171.5-85.5 and defeated the Rams, 182.5-106.5 the next day, while the women’s team edged Villanova, 134.5-127.5 and won easily in their meet against Fordham.

Last weekend, the Huskies hosted their annual Homecoming Alumni Meet at the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium, and next week UConn will participate in the Louisville Invitational (Nov. 21-23) in preparation for the Winter Nationals in December.

Last season, the two Connecticut programs spilt in their meet against Pennsylvania, as the UConn women’s team lost (172.5-127.5) against the Quakers, while the men’s team scraped out a 153-147 victory over Penn at the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium. Sunday’s meet marks the fifth straight year the Huskies will face the Quakers in a dual meet format.
