    As a Junior in 2008-09:

    INDOOR: Made the podium in the BIG EAST Championship finishing third in the 60-meter dash in a time of 6.83 seconds ... Also had a fourth place showing in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.86 seconds ... Recorded the fastest time in the 60-meter dash during the 2009 Indoor season (6.83 at the BIG EAST Championship) ... Turned in a couple of first place finishes first in the 400-meter dash at the Sorlein Invitational with a time of 50.09 seconds and then at the Terrier Invitational in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.44 seconds ...came in second place in both the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes at the Harvard Quad with times of 22.31 seconds and 49.02 seconds respectfully ... Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that had three first place finishes at the Sorlein Invitational (3:23.14), Harvard Quad (3:17.80), and Lafayette/Rider Invitational (3:17.06) before turning in a third place showing at the BIG EAST Championship with a season best time of 3:14.16.

    OUTDOOR: Took second in the 400-meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Championship finishing in a time of 51.33 seconds ... Broke the school record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 51.11 seconds during the preliminary rounds of the BIG EAST Championship ... Finished fourth at the IC4A Championship in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 51.29 ... Took 10th place at the NCAA East Regional in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 51.59 ... Finished ninth in the 400-meter hurdles at the LSU Relays in a time of 53.81 seconds ... Won the 400-meter dash at the UConn Invitational with a time of 50.27 seconds ... Came in eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the World Famous Penn Relays with a time of 52.35.

    As a Sophomore in 2007-2008:

    INDOOR: Finished in fifth place at the BIG EAST Championships in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.92 seconds...Had a seventh place showing in the 55-meter dash at the New England Championships with a time of 6.49 seconds...Brought home the title at the Yale Invitational with a winning time of 6.88 seconds in the 60-meter dash...Had a strong showing at the Harvard Select Invitational by earning first place in the 60-meter dash in a time of 6.90 seconds...Had a full day at the Giegengack Invitational turning in the top Husky performance in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.55 seconds, also finished in third place in the 60-meter dash going 6.97 seconds.

    OUTDOOR: Was the fifth place finisher in the 400-meter durdles at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 52.86 seconds...Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and finished in 14th place with a time of 52.03 seconds...Competed in the Miami Elite Invitational in the 100-meter dash finishing with a time 10.81 seconds, also ran the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 53.00 seconds good for an eighth place finish...Was the champion at the UConn Springtime Invitational in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.01 seconds, and ran the 200-meter dash finishing in a time of 22.88 seconds good for fifth place, finally ended the day with a runner-up performance in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 54.04 seconds...Was a double winner at the Wildcat Invitational in both the 100-meter dash, 11.35 seconds, and 200-meter dash, 22.12 seconds

    As a Freshman in 2006-2007:

    INDOOR: Turned in a time of 49.36 seconds at the New England Championships in the 400-meter dash...Finished in fourth place at the Yale Invitational in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.58 seconds...Was second at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games with a time of 49.50 seconds in the 400-meter dash.

    OUTDOOR: Ran 10.93 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the BIG EAST Championships, also ran 22.06 seconds in the 200-meter dash...Finished in fourth place at the UConn Spring Invitational in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.81 seconds also turned in a time of 22.00 seconds in the 200-meter dash.

    High School: Attended Warren Harding High School where he lettered in both Track and Football...Was the State Champion in four events including: 55-meter dash, 55-meter hurdles, 110-meter HH, also 300-meter IH...Earned All-FCIAC in both Track and Football...Also earned All-Area and All-Conference in Track at Ray Town South High School Kansas City, Missouri.
