    As a Junior in 2009-10:
    INDOOR: Redshirted the 2010 indoor season.

    OUTDOOR: Finished third in the decathlon at the IC4A Championship with a personal best, 7,016 points while placing first in the discus and long jump events...placed fifth at the BIG EAST Championship in the triple jump with a mark of 14.98 meters and tied for seventh in the long jump with a personal best distance of 7.29 meters...placed fourth in the triple jump at the Spec Towns Invitational with a mark of 15.10 meters.

    As a Sophomore in 2008-09:
    INDOOR: For the second-straight season, won the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Championship with an Armory record 5,460 points ... Also finished in third place in the long jump at the BIG EAST Championship in the long jump with a career best launch of 7.58 meters ... Came in second place at the Crimson Multi Meet and first among college athletes with a score of 5,290 points ... Won the long jump college division at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a distance of 7.53 meters.

    OUTDOOR: Redshirted the 2009 outdoor season.

    As a Freshman in 2007-2008:
    INDOOR: Became the first ever freshman in UConn history to win the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Championships with a score of 5,202 points...Finished in sixth place in the triple jump at the Yale Invitational going 13.89 meters...Was the third place finisher in the triple jump at the Harvard Select Meet with a jump of 14.50 meters...Finished in fifth place at the Giegengack Invitational in the high jump clearing 1.89 meters... Finished in 14th place in the triple jump with a distance of 14.38 meters at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational...Went 7.05 meters in the long jump at the Lafayette-Rider Invitational.

    OUTDOOR: Was the third place finisher at the BIG EAST Championships in the decathlon with a score of 6,671 points...Finished in 13th place at the IC4A Championships in the decathlon scoring 6,262 points... Finished in sixth in the 100-meter dash at the UConn Springtime Invitational with a time of 11.35 seconds, also competed in the discus finishing in 11th place with a throw of 35.71 meters and the javelin finishing in 13th with a throw of 32.06 meters...Competed in the long jump at the Wildcat Invitational finishing with a distance of 6.88 meters, also competed in the discus finishing with a throw of 40.94 meters.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Morris Hills High School in Rockway, NJ...Was named team captain his senior year...Was an All-State selection 2005-2007, also an All-American selection 2005-2007...Holds the school record in the both the long jump and triple jump...Holds the Morris County record in the triple jump...Coached by Sean Robinson, John Struck, and Keith Lindsley.
