    Over 200 UConn Student-Athletes Honored By BIG EAST

    Honoress showed success in both academics and athletics

    2013 Outdoor (Junior)

    • Captured seventh in the decathlon (6,346 points) at the IC4A Championships.
    • Took ninth in the decathlon (6,420 points) at the BIG EAST Championship.

    2010-11 Outdoor (Freshman):

    • Set a personal record in the decathlon event at the BIG EAST Championship with a point total of 6,075.

    2010-11 Indoor (Freshman):

    • Set a personal record in the heptathlon event at the BIG EAST Championship, finishing sixth with a point total of 4,560... Also set a personal record in the 60m hurdles during the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Championship with a time of 8.88.
    • Won the 1000m during the heptathlon at the New England Championship with a time of 2:41.08.

    Personal: An allied health sciences major.
