Three Huskies Compete at NCAA Northeast Regionals

McGuire led the Huskies in every race of the 2012 season.

Final Results

MADISON, Conn.- The University of Connecticut men's cross country team had three Huskies compete at Friday's NCAA Northeast Regional at Hammonasset State Park.

Leading the way for UConn was junior Ryan McGuire who completed the 10K race with a time of 31:45.6 for the 65th seat. McGuire was the first Husky to cross the finish line in each of Connecticut's 2012 meets.

Also running on Friday was senior Jordan Magath and freshman Ned Wilson. Magath completed the afternoon in 119th with a mark of 32:40.4 and Wilson posted a time of 32:40.4 for 128th.

The Huskies will conclude the season on Saturday, November 17 at the IC4A Championships at Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y.
