STORRS, Conn. - Coming off of a strong performance at the New England Championships, the University of Connecticut men's cross country team heads out to the Leopard Invitational in Easton, Pa. this weekend. The meet is the fifth of the season for the Huskies and will begin at 10 a.m.
Last season, the Huskies finished sixth at the meet and in 2007 they took home third. This season they hope to cross the finish line first.
On October 10 at the New England Championships, UConn drastically improved upon their finish from 2008 with a sixth place team finish and a second place performance by Will Sanders.
