UConn went on a 22-4 run midway through the first half of today's contest to extend its lead to 28-9 with seven minutes left in the frame. During that time UConn held Hartford without a field goal for a span of 5:18.
UConn shot 58.1% in the first half and finished the game shooting 49.2%.
UConn came out in the second half with a 10-2 run in the first 4:29 of the frame.
UConn outscored Hartford 46-16 in the paint.
