STORRS, Conn.-  Connecticut women's basketball welcomes BIG EAST foe DePaul to Gampel Pavilion on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. The No.3 Huskies enter Sunday's contest with a 21-1 overall record and 8-1 mark in league action, while the Blue Demons own a 17-6 record and are 6-3 against conference opponents.

No. 3 Huskies Double No. 21 DePaul, 88-44
Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis tied a season high with 25 points and No. 3 Connecticut breezed to its fifth straight win, beating No. 21 DePaul 88-44 on Saturday. The Huskies (17-2, 6-1 Big East) had won their previous four games by an average of 44.5 points, and this one never was in doubt, either. They jumped out to a big lead in the opening minutes and snapped DePaul's 28-game home winning streak. Lewis set the tone, scoring 18 points as the Huskies built a 53-23 lead. The freshman hit 5 of 7 3-pointers and grabbed seven rebounds.

Sunday's game will be televised on ESPNU with Bob Picozzi and Brooke Weisbrod on the call. The contest will also be broadcasted live on the UConn Redio Network with Bob Joyce and Debbie Fiske.

UConn returns to Gampel after downing Marquette, 94-37, on Tuesday where six Huskies turned in double-digits, including Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis and Bria Hartley posting 20-plus performances. Mosqueda-Lewis currently leads the Huskies with 17.2 points per game, while Stefanie Dolson and Breanna Stewart each average 13.8 points per game.

Connecticut is 9-1 all-time against the Blue Demons but have won nine-straight on the series. The only loss UConn has suffered was a 70-64 setback on December 28, 1983. Last Season, the Huskies defeated DePaul by an 88-44 score in Chicago. DePaul is led by Anna Martin who is averaging 16.2 points per game and enters Sunday's game shooting 46 percent from the field. Also averaging 16.2 points per game is Brittany Hrynko, while Katherine Harry is leading the league and is sixth in the nation with 11.4 rebounds per game as she adds 9.6 points per game.
