INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The University of Connecticut women's basketball team arrived on Thursday night to Indianapolis, Ind. for the 2011 NCAA Final Four. The Huskies will take on the Notre Dame on Sunday at 9:30 (EST) on ESPN.

On Friday, the Huskies joined the three other teams competing this weekend in the NCAA's Final Four Salute celebration at the Indiana Convention Center.

ESPN's Sage Steele was the Master of Ceremonies for the night as the Salute Celebration included introductions of the teams, a quick chat with the four head coaches and a singing performance of 'The Power of the Dream," the NCAA women's basketball anthem. The event was called the Cirque du Salute, while Cirque performers also put on a show for the crowd.

UConn will hold its open practice to the public on Saturday, April 2 at the Conseco Fieldhouse. An autograph session will follow.
