Purchase Season Tickets

STORRS, Conn.
- UConn women’s basketball season tickets are on sale now and provide the best way for #UConnNation to enjoy what is sure to be an exciting 2017-18 season. The 14-game home schedule is highlighted by contests against 2017 NCAA Tournament teams Cal (Friday, Nov. 17), Maryland (Sunday, Nov. 19), Notre Dame (Sunday, Dec. 3), Louisville (Monday, Feb. 12), USF (Date TBA) and Temple (Date TBA).

In addition to USF and Temple, the Huskies will square-off against American Athletic Conference opponents Cincinnati, Memphis, Tulane, Tulsa, UCF and Wichita State at either Gampel Pavilion or the XL Center. The season ticket package also includes exhibition games against Fort Hays State on Wednesday, November 1 and 2017 Division II undefeated national champion Ashland on Sunday, November 5.

The Huskies are slated to play seven games at each of their home venues during the 2017-18 campaign.

The 2017-18 home opener will feature a matchup against Cal, which finished the 2016-17 season with a 20-14 record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Maryland, which rounds out a challenging opening weekend at home for UConn, finished last year ranked No. 4/8 and won the Big 10 regular season and tournament championships en route to completing the season with a 32-3 record. UConn is 6-0 all-time against Maryland and looked to be on a 2017 NCAA Tournament collision course with third-seeded Maryland before the Terps bowed out to seventh-seeded Oregon in NCAA Regional Semifinal.

The annual contest against Notre Dame is one of the most anticipated of the regular season but the Huskies have won 35 of the 46 games in the series and have won six-consecutive showdowns against the Irish. Notre Dame finished the 2016-17 season ranked No. 2/5 nationally with a 33-4 overall record. ND won the ACC regular season and tournament championships before advancing to the regional final of the NCAA Tournament.

Louisville, which finished last season ranked No. 12/13, and the Huskies have not met since the 2014 American Athletic Conference Championship Final that saw UConn improve its record against U of L to 16-1 all-time. Last season, Louisville finished the year with a 29-8 overall record and advanced to the NCAA Regional Semifinal. The series between these two squads has been played on plenty of big stages, including the 2009 and 2013 national championship games.
