The XL Center will open its doors at 3 p.m. and fans are encouraged to arrive early!
Today will mark the first sell out at the XL Center since February 8, 2013 when the team squared off against Brittney Griner and top-ranked Baylor. The Huskies have sold out 10,167 Gampel Pavilion eight times in that span.
UConn will be collecting donations for the annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive prior to Sunday's matchup. If you would like to donate please bring a new, unwrapped toy with you to the game. All donations can be dropped off at the main entrance of the XL Center.
The 2017 National Champion field hockey team will be honored in a special ceremony of Sunday's tilt. On November 19, the Huskies captured their third national title in five years and the program's fifth national championship overall after defeating Maryland, 2-1, to become the first team in program history to complete a perfect season (23-0).
