STORRS, Conn. -- Five members of the 2014 NCAA Division I national championship UConn field hockey team were selected to play in the 2015 Young Women's National Championship on June 22-26 at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Lancaster, Pa , as announced by USA Field Hockey on Tuesday.

Olivia Bolles (Phoenixville, Pa.), Chrissy Davidson (West Lawn, Pa.), Karlie Heistand (Hamburg, Pa.), Nina Klein (Topton, Pa.), and Casey Umstead (Sellersville, Pa.) will compete in the tournament, which serves a high-level, international-structured competition and selection venue for the 2014-15 U.S. Women's Under-21 National Team.

Additionally, Husky associate head coach Paul Caddy, who spent eight days with the U21 squad during its tour to Holland on March 6-14, will coach for the USA Red Team alonside Old Dominion assistant coach Amy Swensen.

Heistand picked up experience with the U21 team earlier this year when she helped the squad defeat Canada four times over a five day stretch in early February. Bolles, a 2015 All-Big East Second Team member, earned the starting nod in all 23 games for the Huskies in 2014, recording 13 points on three goals and seven assists.

Klein put together a stellar campaign in the cage, picking up 20 wins and seven shutouts. The Topton, Pa. native posted back-to-back clean sheets over Albany (Nov. 21) and Syracuse (Nov. 23) in the National Semifinal and Final en route to a nod to the All-NCAA Tournament team.

Umstead played in all 23 games a season ago, earning nine starts. She tallied a season-high six points in an impressive performance against Georgetown (Oct. 4) and also notched a goal 80 seconds in the Huskies' NCAA Quarterfinal game against Stanford (Nov. 16).

Davidson graduated from UConn in May with a degree in speech, language and hearing sciences. The midfielder was tabbed as a 2014 Second Team All-American and earned a nod to the 2015 NFHCA Mideast All-Region First Team.
