    STORRS, Conn. - University of Connecticut field hockey standouts Marie Elena Bolles and Sarah Mansfield have been selected as two of 38 seniors nationwide to play in the 2013 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I Senior Game as announced by the NFHCA on Thursday.

    The Senior Game is scheduled to be played on Saturday, November 23 at 2:15 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, Va.

    Bolles is second on the team with 12 goals and 33 points.  The Phoenixville, Pa. native recorded the 100th point of her career on October 11.  Bolles was the 17th Huskies all-time to reach the 100-career point plateau. 

    A 2012 All-America Second Team selection, Bolles ended the weekend with 42 goals and 30 assists for 114 career points. 

     A two-time First Team All-American, Mansfield has played every minute in net for UConn this season en route to establishing a new school wins record with 68 career victories.  She sports a 1.50 goals against average and a .723 saves percentage and has posted six shutouts in 2013. 

    The Huskies are back in action on Saturday, November 2 when the team caps off the 2013 regular-season home slate with a game against No. 17 Temple at 12 p.m.  With a win, the Huskies can clinch a share of their 13th Big East Regular Season crown.
