Named to the New England Hockey Writers All-Star Team for the second-consecutive season...recipient of the inaugural Hockey East Best Defensemen Award...earned a spot on the All-Hockey East First Team...one of three Huskies named to the Hockey East All-Tournament Team...nominated for the Patty Kazmeier Award for the second time in her career...named the team's Most Valuable Player at the end of the year banquet...led the team with 21 assists...was fourth overall in points scored with 24...tallied her first assist of the season at No. 5 New Hampshire (10/3)...had a pair of scoring opportunities at No. 5 St. Lawrence (10/9) and was plus-two on the night...finished with a pair of assists in the home-opening weekend against Syracuse (10/16) and Colgate (10/17)...one of three players to have four shots on goal against Providence (11/1)...recorded a career-high four assists at Maine (11/8), aiding the offense in every possible situation (even, pp, sh)...assisted the gamewinner vs. Boston University (12/4) for her 10th helper of the year...scored her first of the season on the power-play against Harvard (12/8)...had an assist in each game of the Dartmouth series (1/2 & 3)...received Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week honors after recording three points in Huskies' 5-1 win at Vermont (1/16) with a goal and two assists...finished with three assists in two-game Maine series (1/22 & 23), including on both gamewinners...named Hockey East's Player of the Week for the first time in her career after an assist on the gamewinner at Boston University (1/29) and scoring the game-winning goal against Vermont (1/30)...assisted the eventual gamewinner against Providence (2/13), finishing the day with two helpers ...aided the Huskies' shorthanded strike at Northeastern (2/27) in the Hockey East Quarterfinal game.
AS A JUNIOR 2008-09
Received a spot on the New England Hockey Writers All-Star team...selected to the All-Hockey East Second-Team...was fourth on the team with 27 points in 35 games...was fifth in the NCAA in points per game (0.77) among defensemen...led the team with 17 points in Hockey East games...was the Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week after recording two assists against Sacred Heart (9/27)...recorded a career-high three assists at Minnesota State-Mankato (10/3)...had a single assist in three straight games (MSU-10/4, Colgate-10/10, No. 7/6 St. Lawrence-10/11)...assisted UConn's first goal at Vermont (10/18)...received Pure Hockey Defensive Player of the Week Award from the conference after scoring twice against Maine (11/8)...added to team-high assist total with her 11th against Yale (11/29)...had an assist on game-winning goal against No. 7/8 Boston College (12/5)...recorded four points in Vermont series (1/3-4), including a shorthanded and power-play goal to lift UConn 3-1 over the Catamounts (1/4)...had an assist against No. 9/9 Boston University (1/10)...finished the Northeastern (1/23 & 24) series with a pair of assists...assisted both goals in overtime win over Providence (2/1)...had two assists against Boston University (2/6 & 7)...picked up a pair of assists vs. No. 5/5 New Hampshire (2/21 & 22).
AS A SOPHOMORE 2007-08
Played in 32 games...scored four goals while adding six assists for 10 points...missed a few games due to an injury as well as taking time off to compete with the U22 Canadian National Team at the European Air Canada Cup in January...had two goals at Vermont (1/12) and two assists against Providence (10/25).
AS A FRESHMAN 2006-07
Saw action in all 35 games as a freshman...had a pair of goals and nine assists for 11 points...led the team with a +10 rating...named UConn's Rookie of the Year...tallied game-winning power play goals in two of her first three games, coming against Vermont (10/6) and Colgate (10/14)...named Hockey East Rookie of the Week after the Colgate game...had a three-assist game against Maine (10/21)...recorded an assist in each of UConn's final three regular season games.
Graduated from St. Mary's in Pickering, Ont....played on the U18 Team Ontario gold medal winning teams in 2005 and 2006...invited to the 2006 U22 Team Canada selection camp...played club hockey for Durham West Lightning.
