Reflecting on the Student-Athlete Experience

AT UCONN: Is in her fourth year as a member of the team and is team captain.

 

FALL 2016: Competed as seven seat of the Open Eight ‘A’ that placed second and three seat of the Open Four ‘A’ that placed third at the Head of the Riverfront, three seat of the club Four at the Head of the Charles, and seven seat of the Championship Eight at the Head of the Schuylkill.

 

2015-16: Competed as a member of the First Varsity Eight; finished the season as seven seat at the American Athletic Conference Championship.  In the fall, competed as three seat of the Open Eight ‘A’ that placed second at the Head of the Riverfront, stroke of the Championship Four at the Head of the Charles, and seven seat of the Championship Eight at the Head of the Schuylkill.

 

2014-15: Competed as a member of the Second Varsity Eight and First Varsity Four; finished the season in bow seat of the Second Varsity Eight at the American Athletic Conference Championship.  In the fall, competed as three seat of the Club Eight ‘A’ at the Head of the Schuylkill.

 

2013-14: Competed as a member of the First Varsity Four and Second Varsity Eight; finished the season as five seat of the Second Varsity Eight that placed third at the American Athletic Conference Championship. In the fall, competed as stroke of the Second Varsity Eight ‘A’ that placed first and two seat of the varsity four ‘B’ at the Head of the Riverfront, and stroke of the Club Eight at the Head of the Charles and the Club Eight ‘A’ at the Head of the Schuylkill.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Lyme-Old Lyme High School … earned four varsity letters as a member of the rowing team … won petite final of NEIRA in women’s four … was team captain in junior and senior years … two-year member of the basketball team … honor roll student … excellence in concert chorus award recipient … National Honor Society member.
