    Women's Swimming And Diving Heads To Indy

    Huskies look for strong performance at BIG EAST Championship.

    Events: 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 breaststroke

    At UConn: Placed 14th in 400 IM finals at Big East Championships, received Captains Award at banquet. As a sophomore, she had her best times in 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 breaststroke at the Big East Championships. She has been named a captain her senior year and she now carries additional responsibility for the team study groups. This season, Catherine looks to finish her career with personal bests in the IM and breaststroke events.

    Achievements: High School swimming: 500 free school record holder, All-State sophomore and junior year, Rookie of the Year, All-America, MVP, Section Swimmer of the Year as a sophomore, Participant at Zone Select Camp and Diversity Select Camp. Academics: Honor Roll, top 5% of Class, USA Swimming Academic All-American for two years

    Personal: Born August 6th, 1992...daughter of Mike and Margie Chang...Allied Health major
